Automation

The repeated work goes first.

Nexora builds the automation that removes repeated manual work from a business: AI workflows, WhatsApp and enquiry integrations, CRM and internal tools, and the dashboards that show whether any of it worked. RTOPilot, one of ours, hands its team back more than 15 hours of admin every week — live at rtopilot.com.au.

  • AI workflows and automation
  • WhatsApp and enquiry integrations
  • CRM and internal business tools
  • Dashboards and reporting
  • Analytics and conversion tracking

What does automation actually remove?

The work nobody chose to do. Copying a name from an email into a spreadsheet and then into an invoice. Rebuilding a schedule because one thing moved. Answering the same enquiry with the same three sentences. RTOPilot took more than 15 hours a week of exactly this off one team, not by changing what they do but by stopping them doing it three times.

How do you know what is worth automating?

Frequency times minutes. A task that takes an hour once a quarter is not worth touching; one that takes four minutes forty times a week is. The first conversation is usually spent finding which of those a business actually has, because most owners have stopped noticing the small ones.

Does this mean replacing the tools already in use?

No. quri, another of ours, reads from more than 30 data connectors precisely so a business does not have to move off what it already runs. Automation that starts with a migration rarely survives the migration.

How long does it take?

An AI assistant takes three to four weeks. A full product build takes six to ten. Smaller automation sits below both, and the honest answer for any specific piece comes after the first conversation rather than before it.

What happens when the automation needs changing?

Someone has to be able to change it, and that someone should not have to be us. Automation assembled from a no-code canvas nobody documented is a second manual process wearing a diagram. What gets built here is code, in TypeScript, with the workflow written down and the tests that prove it still runs.

What it is built with

TypeScript and Next.js at the front, AWS behind it — CDK, S3, CloudFront, Lambda and SES. MCP servers where an assistant needs to call your systems as tools. Playwright end-to-end tests, because an automation nobody tests is one nobody can safely change.
